Journal entries posted to Containn
When the payroll closes, Hana HR posts the entry by pay item to Containn, the R2-OS accounting system. When you pay, it posts the payment entry, so your accountant no longer keys in the payroll by hand.

What it does not do
Hana HR generates the payment file in CSV, but it does not send or execute payments at the bank. You make the payment from your online banking, as you do today.

What is Containn?
It is the R2-OS accounting system. Payroll and payment journal entries are posted there, by pay item.
Can I export the reports?
Yes. The payroll register, year to date totals, vacations and receipts export to Excel or PDF.
Does the payment file work with my bank?
It is a generic CSV with the net pay of each employee. Check with your bank which format it accepts for uploading payments.
Can I keep working with my outside firm?
Yes. Record the payroll your firm calculates and reconcile it against Hana HR to see the differences.
